Obituary of Kelly Michele Radford

Kelly Michele Radford, 32, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Tuesday morning, March 2, 2021 at the Lee’s Summit Medical Center. She was born November 13, 1988 in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Dee Kline-Radford and Eugene Radford. Surviving are her mother, Dee Kline-Radford of the home; grandmother, Mary L. Kline; her dad, Gary L. Smith; paternal grandparents, Eugene and Ruth Radford; one brother, Garrett Smith, (Krystal); three sisters, Rachael Radford, Teressa Bieker and Kristen Smith, (Dylan Slaten); uncles, Johnny Ingham, (Ginny), Mike Kline, (Stephanie), and Rusty Radford; aunt, Kaylene Kline; nephews, Adrain and Parker; niece, Adalynn; a host of cousins and extended family and friends; and beloved dog Bennie. She was preceded in death by her beloved uncle, Chuck Kline. Kelly’s family was her universe. Her unconditional love and devotion was immeasurable. She spent her life defending and supporting her younger sister, Rachael. And while she was admittedly frustrated with her and disappointed at times, she NEVER stopped loving her. Kelly loved her Grandparents like no other. When she had questions about Jesus, she always went to Grandma Mary…Oh how she loved Grandma Mary. At 7 years old, Kelly met the person she would call Father for the rest of her life. Gare Bear, she named him. She always said Gare Bear would be the person to walk her down the aisle if she ever was to marry. She was thrilled beyond words to have a big brother, Garrett. Man did she love to kiss his cheeks for pictures! Loved to embarrass him with all her kisses. She also loved her new and what became lifelong sisters, Kristen and Teressa as well. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Benson Convention Center, 1008 East Sedalia Avenue, Clinton, Mo. Services will be live-streamed from Kelly's Tribute page starting at the time of the service. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., just prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Kelly Radford Memorial Fund, c/o Hawthorn Bank. Services are under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.
