Obituary of Scott Lee Dalton
Scott Lee Dalton, 52, of Clinton, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 10, 2019 at the St. Luke's Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.
He was born June 29, 1966 in Clinton, MO, the son of Roy Wayne Dalton and Dona Sue (Cary) Dalton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting arrowheads, riding his bike, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. Scott was a jack of all trades, working various jobs around the area.
Surviving are his mother, Sue Pinkston and her husband, Dan, Clinton, MO; five sisters, Sheila Brown and her husband Bill, Clinton, MO, Tracy Parker and her husband Mike, Clinton, MO and Cathy Vanover and her husband Kyle, Richmond, MO, Jennifer Sanders, Independence, MO and Mcshell Alvarez-Rivon, state of Florida; his fiancé Sheila A. Tripp, Clinton, MO; one step-son, Cody Morlan, Fort Riley, Kansas; one step-daughter, Christy Eaton, Weaubleau, MO; ten grandchildren, Morgan, Jonathon, Caleb, Alyssa, Landyn, Teagan, Riley, Layne, Ryker and Raelynn; his four legged furry "daughter", Suey; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, Doris and Leroy Dalton; maternal grandparents, Lewis and Wilma Cary; one step-son, Tony Stewart; and an aunt, Doris Elaine (Dalton) Miller.
A Celebration of Scott's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2019 poolside at Artesian Park in Clinton. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Scott Lee Dalton Memorial Fund, and these donations may be left with the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton.
