Obituary of Carl Wagoner
Carl D. Wagoner, 75, of Deepwater, Missouri died unexpectedly Friday morning, February 23, 2018 at his home. He was born August 3, 1942 in Shady Point, Oklahoma, the son of Carl McKinney and Letha Mae (Pettigrew) McKinney.
He was employed as a book binder with a print shop for many years. Carl was a very kind hearted man. He treasured taking care of his mother. He was also an animal lover. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving are his daughter, Karol Jean Long and her husband Dwayne, Nevada, MO; his mother, Letha Fleming of the home; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three nieces, Gina Richards, Kansas City, MO., Teresa Miller, Olathe, KS.; and Jonna Dolinger and her husband John, Warsaw, MO.; a brother-in-law, Tom Quigley, Bonner Springs, KS.; and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and one sister, Letha Ann Quigley.
Carl's wishes were to be cremated. Memorial graveside services will be at a later date at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton, MO.
