Obituary of Patricia Snethen
Patricia Kay Snethen, 63, of Green Ridge, Missouri died early Monday morning, October 9, 2017, at her home.
She was born in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Patrick Joseph Daugherty and Betty Fayrene (Counsil) Daugherty. She married John Elbert Snethen on June 24, 1983 in Osceola, Mo., and he survives of the home.
Patricia was most recently employed as a cook with Windsor Healthcare for 5 years. Prior to that she worked as a line boss with Rival Manufacturing in Clinton for 16 years. She enjoyed spending hours on her tablets following and keeping up with family and friends on Facebook. She also enjoyed trips to the casinos, quilting, her many dogs, but mainly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 4 sons, Patrick Lee Daugherty, Green Ridge, Mo., Brian Keith Snethen and wife Christine, Knob Noster, Mo., John Richard Snethen of the home, and David Eugene Snethen, Springfield, Mo.; 2 daughters, Tanya Sue Daniel, Lawrence, Kansas, and Beth Ann Goodfield, Harrisonville, Mo.; 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren with a 3rd great-grandchild on the way; one sister, Rosie Prall, Topeka, Ks.; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2017 at the Bradley & Hadley Funeral Home, Clinton. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Friday, just prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Harmony Cemetery, Appleton City, Mo. Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
